♻️ Recycled Content Our boxes are built with up to 99% post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials, giving new life to what would otherwise end up in a landfill. Through our partnership with New Indy Paper Mill, we recycle used corrugate and transform it back into fresh board at Encorr, our own corrugator-powered by the mill’s steam energy. The result? Fewer emissions, a smarter circular economy, and sustainable packaging designed for a greener future.
🌱 Environmentally Friendly Inks We print sustainably with eco-friendly, water-based inks and adhesives on our tooling-free digital press. This process cuts harmful emissions and keeps production safer, cleaner, and better for the planet - without compromising on quality or creativity.
🚛 Low-Impact Fulfillment At DIYPack, we participate in a circular recycling system - reclaiming used corrugate through our partner New Indy Paper Mill, then transforming it back into new corrugate sheets at our own Encorr corrugator powered by renewable steam from New Indy Paper Mill. This closed-loop process reduces landfill waste, lowers emissions, and keeps materials in motion - creating smarter, more sustainable boxes again and again.
