Inks
Our digital printing process uses a CMYK color model with an extended color gamut for a wider range of color-matching possibilities. We capture and recycle unused or leftover ink. Leftover ink is locally treated and transformed into ready-to-use, reclaimed water — making our printing process environmentally friendly.
Our Materials
We make corrugated material from up to 99% post-consumer recycled material and provide the following finishes:
Kraft: This finish offers a natural brown look with a matte finish that's uncoated.
White: This uncoated finish offers a matte, bright white look.
Premium white: For a glossy finish, opt for a coated bright white box.

How to Design a Custom Mailer Box That Reflects Your Brand's Identity

Selecting an appropriate mailer box size will keep your product secure. Your product should fit snugly to prevent it from moving around inside the packaging, as this can cause damage. A snug fit also means you don't have to use much void fill.
Not all products need void fill, but you'll want to package fragile products, like ceramics, with void fill like tissue paper, packaging peanuts, bubble wrap or kraft paper. Ensure you have enough space in your box to include sufficient void fill for these products.
